A replay worth returning to.
Your activities. Your routes. Your replay.
Original sample article
A replay lets you watch a route unfold. Connect Strava to replay a recorded activity, explore a labeled sample or import a timed GPX recording.
Start with the source
Before you press play, check the source label. A sample demonstrates the experience and does not describe your activity. Your connected Strava account supplies your activity list and available recorded GPS routes. Synced country totals remain separate.
For a recorded route, choose a GPX file with GPS coordinates and recorded times. Import runs privately in your browser and replays the first continuous track segment. The file is not uploaded to ROND. Map tile requests reveal the viewed area to OpenStreetMap.
Take control of the pace
Use play and pause to move through the story. If a replay includes a timeline, explore a particular moment without watching everything from the beginning.
Motion should be optional. A useful replay also lets you understand the journey when animations are reduced or paused.
Share the part that matters
A destination reached or a memorable stretch can be enough to tell the story. You do not need to expose every detail for a moment to feel personal.
Keep the distinction between virtual progress and physical routes clear in anything you share. The journey is yours to present on your own terms.
