journey moving.
Activities and Strava
Sign in to ROND, then connect Strava in Activities. Choose Replay beside an activity to open its recorded route. GPS and recorded timing are required. Indoor activities without GPS cannot replay a route. This view is private and Strava distance does not add to ROND country contributions.
Movement is not updating
Check the activity in Apple Health and ROND’s read permission, then refresh movement in the app. iOS background delivery can take time. Walking, running and hiking count fully toward MOVE; cycling contributes 25%. Steps do not add distance twice.
Your virtual traveler
Your traveler’s city and route are virtual. They do not show your physical position or provide outdoor directions.
Account and data
Clear local journey in Settings removes the saved journey. Delete account removes your online account. Neither deletes Apple Health records. Public profile visibility can be turned off separately.
Purchases and subscriptions
Plans, prices and renewal terms appear in Apple’s purchase sheet. Use Restore purchases in ROND to restore Apple purchases. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Request refunds at Apple’s Report a Problem. Deleting your ROND account does not cancel an App Store subscription. When web membership is available, manage web billing, invoices and cancellation from the Subscribe page through Stripe. Account deletion must cancel web renewal before removal can finish. Contact support for web payment or refund questions and include your invoice reference without full card details.
Contact support
Email what happened, your app version and iOS version. Screenshots can help; remove private Health values, friend codes and location first. Never send passwords or payment details. Support and privacy requests are handled by email.
Languages and availability
ROND supports English, Thai, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish and French in the app. App Store listing translations do not add in-app languages. Features depend on available data, permissions and services.
