Web membership terms

Your ROND account
Web membership belongs to the ROND account used at checkout. Sign in with the same account on supported devices. Link your Apple Account before purchasing for use on iPhone. Older app versions may require an update to recognize web membership.
Price and renewal
When web purchases are available, the selected plan, currency, billing period, applicable tax and total payable appear in Stripe Checkout before confirmation. Recurring membership renews automatically until cancelled. Do not complete checkout unless you agree to the displayed billing terms. No web price or purchase availability is promised before an available plan appears.
Manage and cancel
Use Manage web membership on the Subscribe page to review invoices, update payment details and cancel renewal through Stripe. Cancellation normally keeps access until the current paid period ends, as shown in your membership status. App Store purchases are separate and must be managed through Apple. Avoid subscribing again if you already have an active membership.
Payment and access
Stripe processes web payments. ROND grants access after server verification of an active membership, rather than relying on the checkout return page. Payment failures, expiry, cancellation or refunds may change access. The free core journey remains available.
Refunds and support
Contact ROND support with your account and invoice reference for web billing questions or refund requests. Do not send full card details. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect. Apple handles refund requests for App Store purchases.
Privacy and deletion
See the privacy policy for processing of account and billing information. Account deletion must finish cancellation of web renewal before removing the account. It does not cancel an App Store subscription. Payment providers may retain transaction records for their legal and accounting obligations.
App Store purchases
Purchases through Apple follow the terms shown in the App Store and the Apple standard EULA.
